Live database (MySQL)
When this key is set and you're online, the app runs live: every visit loads the latest data straight from the server, and every change is saved to the server at once. All your devices stay identical automatically — no manual syncing. If the internet drops, it keeps working on this device and uploads the moment you're back online.
Use "Rebuild server" once, from the device that has your data, if the MySQL database was ever emptied or moved.
Backup
Export saves EVERYTHING — stock, sales history, credits, repairs, expenses, customers, settings — into one file. Import replaces this device's data with that file. Keep backups safe (WhatsApp yourself, Google Drive, USB).
